Researching noise complaints
In a research into noise complaints, it is important to identify the cause of the complaint, and to offer an appropriate solution for all parties concerned. Some complaints are easy to correct, but make a world of difference to the person experiencing the complaint. An example is turning up a valve so that the ventilation in an office no longer ‘whistles’.
