Facade and building physics
A good quality of the building envelope is central in the realisation of future-proof, comfortable en energy efficient buildings. From the first design sketches up until the implementation fase Cauberg Huygen can actively participate in the realisation of a façade with sound building physics. The consultants of Cauberg Huygen will integrally consider aspects like insulation value, airtightness, watertightness, vapour pressure, condensation and thermal bridges.
With the use of building physics calculations and simulations we can examine the quality of the building envelope. That way the detailing and the engeneerability of the façade can be optimised. Cauberg Huygen can also perform measurements to establish the quality of the building envelope, like a blowerdoortest to measure the airtightness, testing the watertightness and infrared measurements. On the basis of these measurements we assess if the building meet the relevant requirements and commitments.
